Ryco

Dear Valued Customers,

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you. RYCO 24•7 Ingleburn is embarking on a new journey and will be absorbed into the Fluidkraft family. We understand that change can sometimes be met with uncertainty, so we’re here to address your questions and assure you that this transition is designed to enhance your experience with us.

So what is happening?

RYCO 24•7 Ingleburn is being absorbed into Fluidkraft and will be exiting the RYCO 24•7 Franchise Network.

Does this affect our location?

Your trusted location at Stennett Rd, Ingleburn NSW 2565, will remain unchanged. Both the Hose & Fittings Service Centre & Trade Store will all operate out of the same location, so you still know exactly where to go when you need us!

Are our services changing? How so?

Rest assured, all the services you’ve come to know and rely on at RYCO 24•7 will continue to be available at Fluidkraft. Our exceptional team of technicians, whom you already know and trust, will be right here to serve you.

Are the products we’re using going to change?

Our product offerings will remain consistent and, in some instances, even improve. This transition enables us to broaden our horizons by sourcing hydraulic hose and fitting products from the best manufacturers worldwide, ensuring that you receive the highest quality components.

How will this move benefit you and our ability to service your business?

This transition to Fluidkraft brings a multitude of benefits for our esteemed RYCO 24•7 customers. In addition to continuing to provide services such as hydraulic pump, motor, ram, and cylinder repairs, brake and clutch hose supply and fitting, mobile servicing, and hose breakdown servicing, you will now have access to Fluidkraft’s specialised services:

  • Hydraulic System Design and Manufacture
  • CNC Machining
  • Complex Cylinder Repair, Design (SolidWorks/Solidcam) and Manufacture
  • On-site Pick up and Delivery Service
  • Painting & Finishing
  • Maintenance Repair and Overhaul

This expansion of services ensures that you have a comprehensive solution for all your hydraulic needs under one roof.

The timeline of the transition:

The transition from RYCO 24•7 Ingleburn to Fluidkraft will officially take effect immediately, in November 2023. While minor aesthetic details will evolve over the coming months, our goal is to complete the transition in total by January 2024. We are committed to a smooth and seamless shift to minimise any disruption.

If you have appointments/orders within this timeline, will it be affected?

Rest assured that any appointments, orders, or arrangements made with both RYCO 24•7 and Fluidkraft during this transition period will not be significantly affected. Our priority is to ensure minimal disruption to your operations and to keep your projects running on schedule. We will maintain consistent and timely communication to keep you well-informed throughout this process. Nothing should change from a Customer Service perspective – just the name.

How should you contact us if you have concerns or questions?

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us. Should you have any questions, concerns, or require assistance at any point during this transition, please feel free to contact Chris Redondo at any time via phone at 02 4622 4612 or email at chris@fluidkraft.com.au

We sincerely appreciate your continued trust and loyalty as we embark on this exciting journey together. We are confident that this transition will bring added value to your experience with us, and we look forward to serving you under the Fluidkraft banner.

Thank you for being a part of our journey, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for us all.

Warm regards,
Team Fluidkraft
